Thesis.

Our beliefs about markets, events, and the work itself.

01 · Markets

Why Events

Markets are often described as efficient. In practice, efficiency is a limit — approached, rarely reached. Information enters the world unevenly: a filing, a press conference, a whisper on a forum, a rating change at 7:03 AM. Between the moment an event exists and the moment its meaning is fully priced, there is a window. That window is where we work.

02 · Stack

What We Build

We treat event processing as three layers. An ingestion layer that reaches every corner where events are born — exchanges, newswires, broker research, social platforms, corporate disclosures. A decoding layer where models and researchers turn noise into structured, testable signals. An execution layer where those signals become positions, products, and decisions — with infrastructure that fails quietly and recovers fast.

None of these layers is glamorous in isolation. Together, they are the firm.

Our Commitments

Rigor over narrative.

A signal is worth what it can be falsified against. We prefer a boring result that replicates to a beautiful one that does not.

Infrastructure over alpha.

Alpha decays. Pipelines, data quality, and research velocity compound. We invest where the compounding is.

Decades over quarters.

We are building a firm, not a trade. The time horizon is the strategy.
